Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website and the SHIFT Masterclass program are run by SHIFT Masterclass ("we", "us"). If you have any question about this policy or your data, email us at admin [at] shiftmasterclass [dot] xyz.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list, we collect:

We also collect basic website analytics (see "Cookies and analytics" below).

Why we use it

We use your details to run the waiting list, send you updates about the program (including launch dates and pricing), and plan the course, for example choosing session times that suit most participants. We do this on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the waiting list form.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with the tools we use to run the website and the waiting list: Google (Google Sheets to store the waiting list, Google Analytics for website statistics) and Netlify (website hosting). These providers process data on our behalf.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with sponsors or any other third party for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and where visits come from. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. The data is used in aggregate and is not used to identify you. If you are in Europe or the UK, we only use these cookies if you accept them on our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of each page. You can also block these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Waiting list data is deleted within 12 months after the program ends.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email admin [at] shiftmasterclass [dot] xyz and we will act on your request. Every email we send also lets you unsubscribe.

International transfers

Our providers may store and process your data outside your country, including in the United States.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
